Laurent Perrier Summer Menu

18th JUNE TO 31st AUGUST

This year we have teamed up with FT Weekend & Laurent-Perrier to create a bespoke Summer Menu, including a glass of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Champagne on arrival. The menu offers recreations of some of India’s most loved dishes alongside treasured family recipes from culinary director Surender Mohan. Seasonal dishes, inspired by Mumbai and the surrounding areas include Adipoli Prawns, Mini Duck Dosa with Chutney, Achari Lamb Chops with pickled Onion and Cardamom Panacotta with a Nankhatai Crunch.

Seafood Summer

1st JULY TO 31st AUGUST

Throughout July and August, Culinary Director Surender Mohan will introduce a menu combining the best British fish and shellfish infused with the spices of India. Dishes will include Malvani Sukka Clams, Chettinad Langoustines, Cafreal Sea Bream with roasted with coriander and Koliwada Squid. Larger dishes will include a Fisherman’s Seafood Stew and Tawa Crab.

A selection of cocktails will also be available including: the Anu Gami, a smoky twist on a traditional Negroni with Campari, Amaro Ciociaro and Coconut; the Tarang, a Bellini dusted with Darjeeling tea powder; and the Boom-Bai, a gin and tonic with a cardamom kick.

Bombay Bustle's Sundae Bar

Throughout the summer, we have a new dedicated Sundae and dessert bar situated on the lower ground floor. The menu present guests with a choice of towering Indian-inspired sundaes, echoing traditional ice-cream parlours of Mumbai.

Sundae Bar choices will include: A Royal Falooda Sundae topped with sweet Rabri ice cream, a Chocolate Fudge Sundae layered with spiced coffee ice cream, a Tutti Frutti Sundae piled high with thandai ice cream rich with fragrant fennel seeds, rose petals and cardamom as well as a Banana Split Sundae stacked with sweet jaggery ice cream.
